3. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Licensing & Pricing: Software applications (including the Graduation Plan Form) are provided subject to specific licensing terms, annual subscription agreements, or purchase orders executed between AVM EdTech and the client or school district.

Service Delivery: Professional development workshops, technology consulting sessions, and software demonstrations are scheduled according to agreed scope statements and booking terms.
