Refund Policy

At AVM Educational Technology Consultants ("AVM EdTech," "WRLDTEK"), we are committed to providing high-quality educational software tools, corporate technology training, and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding billing, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds for products and services purchased through https://www.wrldtek.com/ or direct institutional agreements.

1. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS & LICENSING

• Annual Subscriptions: Licensing for specialized software applications—such as our Texas High School Graduation Plan tracking tools—is provided on an annual subscription basis (per counselor/user seat or district agreement).

• Demo & Evaluation: Because we offer live software demonstrations, detailed walkthroughs, and consultation prior to purchase, all software subscription sales are considered final once license keys, access files, or setup materials have been delivered to the client or school district.

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your annual subscription renewal at any time prior to your next billing cycle by contacting us in writing. Cancellations prevent future automatic renewals, but previous annual payments are non-refundable.

2. EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING & WORKSHOPS

• Scheduling & Setup: Professional development sessions, custom technology training (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Foxit PDF workflows), and consulting engagements require preparation and dedicated schedule allocation.

• Client Rescheduling: If a school district, corporate client, or organization needs to reschedule a confirmed training session, please notify us at least 5 business days prior to the event date. We will make every effort to accommodate an alternative date.

• Cancellations by Client: Cancellations made with less than 5 business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of initial deposit funds to cover administrative and preparation costs.

• Cancellations by AVM EdTech: In the unlikely event that AVM EdTech must cancel a training workshop or consulting session due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund of any prepaid fees for that session.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., duplicate billing or technical errors caused on our end that prevent software delivery).
